Daw Abu Ighrarah

Daw Abu Ighrarah is Professor of Islamic Law at University of Tripoli and Researcher in A2JiL (phase 1) at University of Benghazi, University of Leiden

A faculty member at the Faculty of Law, University of Tripoli, with the rank of Professor, Head of the Department of Islamic Law at the Faculty, and a researcher in the Access to Justice in Libya project (A2JiL). Head of the Research, Consultation and Training Center at the College of Law. He holds a doctorate degree in law from the International Islamic University in Malaysia in 2005. It is entitled (Unknown Selling and the Problem of Libyan Oil Contracts: a Jurisprudential Study Compared to the Libyan Civil Law).
